Lindsey brings over 16 years of volleyball experience, competing in club volleyball in Northern California and playing collegiately at Oregon Institute of Technology. A four-year libero and defensive specialist at OIT, she earned a CCC Defensive Player of the Week award, set both the single-season and career service ace records, and helped lead her team to the 2021 NAIA National Championship.

With six years of coaching experience, Lindsey has worked with athletes of all ages through clinics, club, and high school programs. She currently serves as the JV Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Phoenix High School and coaches 14U girls at Rogue Valley Volleyball Club.

Lindsey is passionate about helping athletes sharpen their skills, build confidence, and grow both as players and as young adults—fostering a lifelong love for the game.

My coaching philosophy is all about helping each athlete find the tools to make them successful. There are many techniques and strategies, and my goal every day is to find what works best for each individual. I place an emphasis on reps to build confidence so when an athlete goes into a game setting, they are physically and mentally prepared to do their best. My ultimate priority is to help each athlete gain the same passion for the game that I have developed over the years through my own coaches.
